Located on Beautiful Lake Barkley this newly renovated one-bedroom apartment includes a separate living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an oversized deck. Enjoy a beautiful resort setting that includes swimming pool, boat slips, restaurant & boat rentals. Elm Place is available for rent year-round with heat and air conditioning. Newly installed luxury vinyl tile, new window treatments, a new Smart TV, and complete kitchen accessories, supplies, and equipment make for a magnificent getaway spot.

Eddy Creek’s RV Park is a private retreat with all the comforts of home. Sites are spacious and are located near our community picnic/observation area and playground. Relax around the fire pit or enjoy a meal alfresco at one of our picnic tables. Bathhouses are located within easy walking distance, and the marina and restaurant are nearby. Golf carts, while not a neccessity, put all areas of our property within easy access and are always welcome!
DEPOSITS: Motel = $100, Cabins, Apartment = $200, Harbor House = $500.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT: Guaranteed check-in for motel and cottages is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

A refund may be issued if a cancellation is made 45 days prior to a reservation. There will be a $20 processing fee for any cancellation.
Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to a reservation will not be refunded.
